We love helping Mothers and Mothers-to-Be live their most Zen filled life! We received Doula Training through ALACE in 2006. We then traveled to Houston, TX in 2007 to do an intensive internship under the mentorship of Patti Heimlich at Houston Pregnancy Massage and Doula Care where we were honored to earn continuing education in prenatal, labor, postpartum, and infant massage and attend births in the renowned hospitals of the Houston Medical Center. We will be adding Massage Doula services back to our menu in the future, and we are excited to add Women's Health Centered Acupuncture services to our menu in a few years.

fertility massage supports the body to cleanse of toxins, reduce stress hormones, balance hormones that aid in the reproductive system, and to stimulate reproductive organs. This focused massage treatment utilizes castor oil packs on the abdomen and it can be done during the first half of your ovulation cycle. It is recommended to receive sessions after you’ve stopped bleeding and BEFORE ovulation (if you’re trying to conceive, you should be tracking your ovulation). It is not recommended to use castor oil packs once you’ve ovulated. If you don’t end up getting pregnant, you can start receiving massage and castor oil pack sessions again right after bleeding your next cycle.

Gentle massage is appropriate as early as a few weeks after giving birth and can ease many of the discomforts associated with the postpartum stage. Postpartum massage is a full body massage that can help ease women into motherhood by offering both physical and emotional benefits. If you've had a miscarriage or unsuccessful delivery (stillbirth), you may also want to consider postpartum massage to help your body recover.
