We started as Zen on the Run in 2013 solely offering in-home massage services for $1 minute. While we've had to increase prices a few times over the years we strive to continue to be the leading in home massage service provider for the Greater Richmond area and throughout the State of Virginia!

Please see our service menu and book your next in-home appointment. Services requiring over 30 minutes of travel will incur a travel fee in addition to the price of service. The travel fee is based on travel from Mechanicsville, VA. Once you book your service, and put in the address of your desired service location I will let you know prior to your service date if a travel fee will be added to your service

This is a custom massage service and can either be a Swedish relaxation, prenatal or Therapeutic deep tissue massage based on client needs. Swedish massage aids in increasing circulation and promotes relaxation for the client that prefers a light to moderate pressure. Therapeutic deep tissue massages utilize many of the same techniques performed in a Swedish Massage, but with a deeper pressure. Stretching and other techniques may also be incorporated into your session
6o Minute Hot Stone Massage In-Home

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply.
